'What To Do If You See or Suspect Elder Abuse'


This webinar is offered to Personal Support Workers, Staff and Volunteers working with older or vulnerable adults.

Guest speaker will be Leslie Bubeloff, Coordinator of the Elder Abuse Education Program-York Region. Leslie's presentation will focus on the protocol tool developed by the Prevention of Elder Abuse Committee of York Region, the 'Response Guidelines' and will enhance your capacity and confidence in recognizing and responding to elder abuse.
