Terms & Conditions

Membership fee - $150 a year.

Membership is open to any individual or group regardless of funding source, who is supportive of the objectives as identified in the Mission Statement.

Principal Functions:

1. Foster partnerships between the care providers and care-coordinators, to improve continuity of service.
2. Share professional development opportunities within the membership by engaging speakers with experience in the field.
3. Updating membership of changes in programs and staff.
4. Introduction and networking of representatives from each participating agency.
5. Educate the community on services and supports available to seniors and how to navigate the system efficiently by aiming to provide one Health Fair quarterly.
6. Bridge communication between government funded programs and other community services providers. 
Meeting agenda will be emailed to members prior to the meeting and attendees are required to print and bring their own copy to the meeting.
